October 6, 2022 (Trip 2)

Rebecca and her family came from Nevada for some Montauk fishing. They caught slot bass, oversized bass, as well as some seabass. The best part was, the ocean was flat and the sun was out.

October 6, 2022 (Trip 1)

After getting blown for their first trip, we were able to get Brian and the boys out. They had good action with bass of all sizes. We iced up our slots and tossed back plenty of oversized fish as well. Till next season guys.

September 27, 2022

The wind stopped and we were able to get Mike and his family out. We kept 4 slot bass and released countless over sized ones. They also squeezed in a little bottom fishing, catching some sea bass.

After being tied to the dock for the last few days due to the wind, we took a chance with Mike and the boys this morning. Although the wind was still blowing, the fishing more than made up for it. Mike and crew landed six slot striped bass, and released at least half a dozen oversized fish as well. They added about a dozen bluefish to the mix as well for the smoker. Another great trip with these guys, and we look forward to seeing them again next September.

September 20, 2022

We had Mike and the boys out for a fine morning of fishing. They kept three slots, and released a bunch of overs. We switched gears and caught a quick 15 sea bass. Well done boys!

September 19, 2022

The boys caught fish of all sizes for their annual fireman’s trip. We kept two slot bass, and released plenty that were oversized. To break things up a little, we topped off the coolers with some sea bass too.

September 17, 2022 (Trip 2)

Dan Smith and the boys returned for their annual trip with us. The striped bass were being a little picky to start, but we switched tactics and very quickly saw the bite turn on. We had monster fish up into the 40+ pound range throughout the trip. Great day once again with these guys. Looking forward to seeing them next September, which they’ve already put in the books.

September 17, 2022 (Trip 1)

We had the pleasure of having Tim and his family return this year for another fishing trip with us. We took the group out for striped bass this morning, and they kept the rods bent with pretty steady action. We ended up putting three bass in the box, and we released a few other shorts and overs. Beautiful morning on the water. Couldn’t have asked for a better family trip.
