We had Mike Danon and the Freeport crew out this morning for their annual trip. Our little anglers were busy all morning with jumbo sea bass and scup. 

Spent the afternoon with Stephanie and clan, a trip rescheduled from earlier this month, due to weather. We decided to target some bottom fishing, which paid off handsomely with a bushel of sea bass.

Stephanie landed the pool fish this afternoon. 

Gregor and team fished with us this morning and the sea bass did not disappoint. Been waiting for the season to open and it was worth the wait. Plenty of shorts in the mix but the crew reached their limit, adding some scup to top it off!

Carly was no stranger to the rail, swinging over fish after fish!

This morning we had the Weisberg family out for an action packed trip. We had bass, bluefish and some jumbo scup in the mix as well. Plenty for dinner!

This afternoon we had Andrew and his FDNY boys out for some striped bass fishing. The gang had a blast icing four and playing catch-and-release with a few others. Great times with a great bunch of the Bravest.

Raul and the gang made their second trips with us, spending Father's Day morning with NRC. The gang hammered the scup, going home with dozens of fish. Perfect for a Father's Day dinner! We'll see these guys again next June!

Russell and crew made their second trip with NRC and kept the rods bent all morning with striped bass, bluefish and scup. Great way to start the day! And looking forward to doing it again next June!

Not a bad way to kick off the summer after wrapping up sophomore year!
