Great trip with John, his brother and his buddies. We started out fishing for striped bass and bluefish, and managed a few of both. We kept one slot and released some bigger bass. We then gave the bottom fishing a try, and the boys put together a nice catch of sea bass. Despite the cloudy skies, and the easterly breeze, it turned out to be a perfect morning of fishing.

We had a blast today with Fred and this first time NRC crew. We started the morning off trolling for striped bass and bluefish. Then switched it up for a limit of sea bass and scup. Great day with this gang, and they’re going home with plenty of food for the 20+ people they’ll be feeding this evening!

We had the pleasure of having Teddy and the boys out this afternoon. They battled some big bluefish for sport, then filled the box with sea bass for dinner. See these guys again next summer.

The Manning crew was on top of their game this morning. We had some scup, sea bass and fluke. Nice way to end a weeks vacation.

The weather was beautiful for Joe and his family. They had non-stop action with sea bass, catching an easy limit. Till next summer.

We had Rebecca out for her annual trip. They checked all the boxes. Sea bass for the grill, scup for tacos, and a bonus fluke. Next year they’re stepping or up for a tuna.

We were lucky enough to catch Nicholas his first tuna. The father and son team, went 7 for 8 on bluefin. Great memories today.
