We had the pleasure of sailing with Eric and crew for his bachelor party today (lots of upcoming weddings!). We took the guys offshore, right back to yesterday's spot. Although no mako today, we kept them busy fighting blue sharks up to around 250 lbs. Tons of laughs with these first-timers. Hope to get them out again. Congrats, Eric!
We snapped a quick shot of the gang on the way back in!
Max and crew took Phillip out for his bachelor party this evening and the action didn't disappoint. It's not often that we run twilight bottom fishing trips but it was well worth doing so today An absolutely beautiful calm night with bent rods from start til stop. A great time! Congrats, Phillip!
We had Jonathan out this afternoon with his crew celebrating his first day as a married man. The guys had lock and load sea bass fishing, icing 30 for the box before heading in. Good luck buddy!

Brendan and the boys came out this morning for Ted's bachelor party. The guys had an awesome time catching big bass from the first drift to the last. Great group of guys. Congrats Ted!
Carlos and crew returned for a second trip with us and the action again did not disappoint. We were originally scheduled to fish yesterday but moved it to this morning given Sunday's weather. Kept the trip short so that there was time for the beach this afternoon, but a few hours on the water was all we needed to put a few striped bass and sea bass in the box. Dinner is served!
Peter Li and crew returned for another trip with NRC and the action did not disappoint. The striped bass were being a little picky and rather than spend time looking for them, we decided to go bottom fishing which paid off immediately. The gang put about three dozen sea bass and a few jumbo scup in the box. Not a bad afternoon at all!
Mitchell Agoos and gang fished with us this morning and the action didn't disappoint. After putting four striped bass in the boat, the group decided to try their luck bottom fishing, which was lock-n-load for the remainder of the morning. Not a bad start to the month!
No better sight in the morning.
