We had the pleasure of fishing with first-timers Price and Sally for a twilight this evening. The bluefish were ferocious til sunset. Once the sun went down, the fun began! After landing just one fish, the duo had more than enough for dinner. We released another at the boat and left 'em chewing. Nicely done!
We had a last minute cancellation for today, and the Bock family was able to capitalize on the opportunity. The guys had their limit of bass up to 38 pounds quickly. The weather was great and the fish were hungry.
This afternoon we had Marian Rice out for her annual trip. The crew had some striped bass and sea bass in some sloppy conditions. Looking forward to seeing them all again next season, and hopefully they'll bring the same cookies.
We had a great morning for Paul and the boys. The guys caught 5 nice bass up to 35 pounds. Some drifts we had two on, awesome bite today.
We had the Kabakow family out this afternoon for some Montauk fishing. They wanted a bass for dinner, so that's just what we did. To make it even better we caught a bunch of jumbo sea bass to sweeten the deal.
This morning Whitney took her dad Frank out fishing for his 60th birthday. The bass were hungry and biting their heads off. We had our limit of bass and also threw some sea bass in the box. Happy Birthday buddy!
Another great day on the water, today with Bob Seaman and family. The guys filled the box with bass this morning before switching gears and adding a few sea bass to the mix. A beautiful day on the way and a great time with these first-timers. Hope we can do it again!
Kissy fish! A great day with great people!
The Seaman family proudly showing off some of today's catch.
We had the pleasure of fishing with the Krupnick clan again -- dad Matt, and triplets Emily, Julie and Noah. It's at least 10 years since they first fished with us and we always have a great time with them. We started the morning bass fishing. The blue fish were ferocious, but we put a couple of fish in the boat before deciding to go bottom fishing. The sea bass were hungry and we quickly loaded the box. A great day and we look forward to seeing them again next year.
Noah showin' off a one of many jumbos today.
