Jake Pusateri and the boys sailed with us this morning and the bottom fishing action was non-stop. The guys put close to 2 dozen sea bass in the box, along with a handful of scup. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday morning!
Some of today's crew showing off their catch. Lock-n-load sea bass all morning.
This afternoon we took Dan and the gang over to Block Island for some lock and load sea bass fishing. We had fish on from start to finish with some nice jumbo's in the mix. They'll be back out with us in September.
Waited for the rain to let up this morning and then went out and hammered the sea bass.
This morning we had Phil and his buddies out from back west. The guys enjoyed some solid bottom fishing with sea bass up to 4 pounds. Looking forward to seeing them again in September.
This afternoon the whales were putting on a show for the Corra family. We watched them for a bit then caught some fluke and sea bass for dinner. Another beautiful day in Montauk!
This morning the bass fishing was as good as it gets. Kerin and Brian had a great morning catching fish to 38 pounds. We were back in time for breakfast.
It was a beautiful afternoon on the water for Aaron and his gang. We stayed in some calm water for the kids and had a great time catching monster sea bass. It's always fun teaching and watching the kids fish.
Dan took his father Xu out fishing for his 72nd birthday this morning. The guys had bass to 38 pounds, fluke to 4 pounds and a load of jumbo sea bass. We spent a little time whale-watching as well. Great morning on the water. Happy Birthday Xu! Enjoy dinner!
